I have had nothing but good experiences with all 4 dolls I bought on amazon. But a two things before you do:
1) Contact the seller before hand and use the the ASIN code down the page a bit under Product Details. They might come with another skin tone, or hollow breasts, or even standing feet. Note that a custom order might take another few weeks. And some vendors even have a pic of samples for custom options, like a list of skin tones, eye color and wigs you can order

2) AFTER ordering, and before they ship send them an email about what options you want and what they have available.

3) The dolls in the photos are professionally makeup'ed, lighting'ed, and a little shopped. Wont be what you see in the promo pic, but not anywhere near knockoff status. See pic. Left what was advertised, mid/right is what I got. and yeah I asked for a lighter skin tone (fair)
