英文のこと？日本文のこと？

創作物での改行の頻度についてなら、英語でも日本語でも事情はあまり変わらないと思うけど（著者の趣味や、文章にどのくらい緩急をつけたいかに依る）。
On the frequency of line breaks in creative things, I don't think the circumstances differ so much from language to language (depending on author's preference and how much tempo the author wants to give to the story).
