You would shower for twenty minutes, wash your hair with floral scented shampoo and use conditioner. You'd check your weight every morning (and remember exactly what it was the morning before). You'd be careful to dry off entirely before even considering getting dressed, and never even consider leaving the bathroom with sightly moist hair.
