Ahh dude this is so fucking relatable okay I'll tell you what I did personally.
I have a bag that has all my shaving equipment in its a small zipper bag that oddly enough fits on as, I suggest you buy one of those.
I always take a backpack to work so I just put the bag in my backpack or leave the bag in my car then use my backpack to hide it during transportation.
The only time I would use the onas was when everyone was awake watching something on their phone/ Watching TV.
I would turn on some streamer on my phone and play it decently loud enough for it to seem normal and to drown out the onas sounds. Then I'd put on headphones and play a VR hentai game and fuck the ona, that's just my personal thing.
To clean it, whenever I went to take a shower I'd put the ona in the shaving bag and take it with me in the shower, and I'd always fuck it in the shower and clean it up.
My system was pretty sweet never got caught desu.
