Wrong fragment. I actually think this was the most ship-heavy story Mei has done. They even briefly talk about having plans for post-Lucia and and how they'll never leave each other unlike what happened in dreams they saw.

Probably had to be more direct like that after something like Rei came out. The Satoko/Rika stuff has been really popular in Mei and they probably don't want people thinking it's all meaningless.
