I'm the same, it happened when I was on drugs and when I wasn't. If I have to talk to someone that isn't a close relative I see every day of the year, my mind will go blank and I'll lie at every possible opportunity. It got a little better when I was forced to spend some time with other people with mental problems, and managed to befriend someone, but if I went a week or two without seeing them I would revert back to my original state and my mind would go blank upon meeting them again.

I'm not really sure if there is anything to help us, no meds or shrinks have worked in the slightest.
