/jp/ has already been beyond saving since 2009 at least. It won't get any better in the same way /a/'s quality has stagnated lately because there isn't any compelling new content to get the nerds excited. And that frustration leads to shitposting. If the whiners and complainers really wanted to improve /jp/ they would come up with some new content to distract the trash with. Otherwise, it's going to be a long wait
