Wouldn't really say it's like Kamihime but not sure if any other dmm game does monster rape on defeat. Well, the set-up between both is completely different to me but maybe that's not apparent or doesn't matter to others.
Their other game, idol wars, has a lot of normal rape and "fan service" for imagined scenes, but finishing them or getting the real vanilla scenes is painful.

From the pre-release stream, I thought they were going to do a gacha for outfits, but they showed 4 different outfits and that doctor outfit is one. Not sure if I'll like ranking nonsense, Sabbath is already proving to be a bit of a chore as I'm still dealing with the usual starting-out resource scarcity.

Event or limited gacha outfits are only a matter of "when" though.

This is the first gacha set and some collab outfits with Toranoana. They said they intend to do other collabs but wanted suggestions.
They're also going to have a booth at comiket 96

We knew about PvP, but it was locked off during the demo. It looks pretty standard for this style of game and not real-time either.
