well, what can I say? she's the very first glimpse i got into the touhou world through this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YXgyKeOnK2s
that alone makes her special, and though for a while I thought I loved other touhous like yuyuko or yuuka more, I always keep coming back to her. there's just something about the tricksters man, i always fall for them in real life or otherwise. That spirit of mischief is something I can really relate to. playing tricks on someone, or telling an innocent lie is something I've always enjoyed doing. Complete order makes things boring, and adding a little bit of chaos always makes things interesting. That's what I've always felt Tewi is. Hence why I love her.

TL;DR: i think i'd have a really good time hanging out with Tewi to be honest
