I swear to god I clicked the spoiler button this time and I distinctly recall trying to post a CG from Kuroinu like four times with spoiler and it would never stick.

Between that and >>15489338 I'm going to attribute it to a personal problem.

welp

Unrelated con story:

>girls looking over hardcopies
>"anything for girls?"
>point them towards No, Thank You!
>"we're not into yaoi, sorry"
>okay so that means otome then
>I can't offer them an Ozmafia hardcopy so I start talking about how they can find Ozmafia on steam or our website
>"oh, yeah, we actually have that already, we were looking for more like it!"
>talk for a few minutes
>"geez, how come you know so much about Ozmafia?"
>because I edited it
>plug your ears, fangirl squeeing
>"so what are you working on next?"
>uh, Hadaka Shitsuji
>more squeeing
>and...
>tfw I sheepishly tap the Imouto Paradise hardcopy on the table and say I'm working on its sequel

It was funny watching their faces. I think they really had it in their heads that being an editor is like being a co-writer or something where you have to be really into something to work on/make it in the first place.

Euphoria is a unique case where I think the publisher name has pretty much nothing to do with its success. I can't give any kind of real hard numbers but let's just say that at the booth the amount of people that march straight up to us and scream GIVE ME EUPHORIA without even looking at the pricetag is... pretty high!
