If you want to replace everything except for the brain it could get a bit tricky. The "case" for the brain, with life support, would have to be pretty damn big. Can't really put the brain anywhere else (like the hips/lower abdomen) because a little girl is pretty damn small. The body itself won't be a problem, but you can't make the head any smaller.

So how about the SC2 advisor type of deal? You would have a bunch of cables attached to the body so you can feel everything, but you couldn't become an autonomous loli unit.
