Not with the card itself, but the program that came with the card is terrible. The window it displays the video feed in is locked at a 16:10 aspect ratio, which means that there are always black borders at the top and bottom. This wouldn't be a problem if the recording function of the program was worth a damn (because it actually records in 720p/1080i, regardless of the size of the window), but the quality of the resulting file is horrible. So I was thinking about using Fraps, but it records the whole window, including the borders. Which, again, wouldn't be a problem if MeGUI was capable of processing the .avi files that Fraps saves the recordings as (I'd have to reencode them anyway because they are too big, so I might as well crop the borders in the process). Now I'm downloading Sony Vegas, maybe that'll work.
