You are talking about 53 and 63. They were actually slower than 52, because the boost system didn't become as good as they planned.
54 and 64 prototypes had 1500hp engine and the maneuverability was back to early Zero levels. Top speed was barely better than 52's. Can't find statistics of it, but because it had the same engine as Suisei 33 and Goshikisen, it likely had somewhat larger speed increase at lower altitudes.
