It's early fall and all the trees on Youkai mountain have started turning yellow, orange, and red. It's a peaceful scene with leaves flowing in the wind, the sun shining, birds singing and the Tengu going about their regular business. one in particular Tengu is performing her daily patrols on the mountain. Momiji, she was wearing her usual outfit of white and black, her shield in one hand and her sword on her back. her ears jerked in one direction and she raised her sword in that same direction. "Who goes there?" A slightly taller woman than Momiji appears from behind a tree. She had green hair and was dressed in red "Ara ara~ is that how you usually greet people?" the woman slowly walked towards Momiji, but Momiji got into a striking stnace. "Only people whom I don't know" she said sternly. Hina smiled, then bowed, "I'm sorry, let me introduce myself. My name is Hina, and I'm a goddess of misfortune."
Momiji narrowed her eyes, but lowered her sword "What business does a Goddess of misfortune have here?"
Hina smiled slightly "simple.." a gust of wind blew leaves up off the ground, and Hina disappeared. Momiji blinked, but before she could raise her sword again, Hina was behind her, with a hand resting on her sword arm and her other arm wrapped gently around Momiji's shoulder. "...to extract your misfortune."
