It didn't happen over night for me, it was just what had happened to me throughout my life so far was shit, and then I just couldn't take it anymore. I dropped out of high school and didn't want to leave my house anymore because if I left my house then I'd be susceptible to having bad things happen to me again.

I tried seeking help with therapy first, but they told me they couldn't do anything and I needed medication. Medication made it worse.
