Except those were old fragments that already happened, so there was no way she could influence them like Hanyuu's presence did. Or at least that's the kind of logical chronology the anime wants viwers to assume.

Accessing the Irie Clinic basement was unexplained. How/why did the door with biometric lock just open for her? That scene also didn't have the filters from her first visit to Rika's fragments.
