The last 2hu games have been very lazy and boring.
I had no expectations for this one because I never enjoyed the phantasmagoria gameplay but the fact that ZUN didn't even bother to improve the netplay despite knowing full well that it was gonna be released on Steam is just insulting.
The new character designs are either unoriginal or too generic looking.
Maybe UM was a fluke and ZUN has really lost his touch.

here's a link to a gdrive that started being hosted by the gta speedrunning community after r* made the 3d era games unreasonably difficult to obtain 'legally'. maybe someone will be more comfortable using this over the alternatives in this thread
