I've read the entire Itazuraneko/learnjapanese.moe/animecards beginner guides and I ended up starting with the Tango N5 deck instead of the Core 2.3k as it is recommended in the https://learnjapanese.moe/resources/ guide.

However I'm kinda skeptical if this deck is giving a decent definition for the beginner vocabulary.
To be more specific, I'm on my third day of this Tango N5 deck and I was already convinced that こちらこそ meant simply "me too / same here" but after looking up other places I realized that it's way deeper than something like "I love icecream --> me too"

The wikitionary definition of こちらこそ as "I'm the one that should really be saying that." gives me way better understanding than "me too/same here".
Now I know it can be used in reply to an apology for example.

Is Tango N5 really a better recommended before I go into the Core 2.3k?
I don't want to invest time in a deck with scuffed sentence definitions.
