She had a lot of input on it. Nari sensei gave it life and changed what he could when he saw fit. I think his coloring would have made it a lot more fitting, but he hasn't yet uploaded the design sheet for it nor any art of it.

For what it's worth, he has a nice, muted palette that may not have been translated very well into the live2d colors
