saving a savestate is shift+ctrl+F1

Anyways yeah that sucks. I'm sure it's happened to everyone at some point. I don't get why loading a past savestate overwrites your game save. I mean it makes sense for Fire Emblem but it surprised me when pokemon did this as well.
