Reminded me of Nonami Takizawa's scandal involving the naked cameraman being visible in reflections during the indoor spa scene in her last DVD, back in mid 2016.
At the time she claimed the cameraman was actually her husband, and then announced she was retiring from the entertainment industry and quitting public life.

But it seems she's now back, and has been tweeting again since July last year. I have a feeling a return to gravure would be very unlikely though.
