This large grape-like object here is capable of turning anything that consumes it into a random fictional character from Ryukishi07's "When They Cry" series. This can be controlled to an extent by how the person that eats it feels about said characters!
For example, if you were to eat this while having positive feelings about Bernkastel, it's very likely that you would in-fact turn into her!
