She has schizoid-avoidant personality disorder. She doesnt actually display any eccentric speech patterns, as far as I can tell with my limited japanese, she speaks standard, regular japanese with very liberal use of fillers. A hololive example of (very mild) autistic speech is Mori, assuming she talks like that in real life.
Of key note is that she doesnt avoid interacting with others because she doesnt like people (schizoid) or prefers to be alone (autistic spectrum), but because she sincerely thinks she's bothering people if she calls them.
She almost popped a lung trying to ask Noel, her irl friend, if she could stay at her house for a day. Not because she didnt like Noel or the thought of spending time with people, but because of the fear of negative evaluation and rejection.
That she has avoidant disorder is pretty clear. My armchair diagnosis of schizoid comes from the fact that she has a fully populated imaginary world where she's the center of hololive and talks with everyone all the time and she's popular and outgoing. When she talked about the yakiniku, she gave her warped anime version of the event, where Mio was so impressed with her that she just couldnt stop looking her way. But she obviously knows she didnt talk, else she wouldnt have these issues communicating with the other holos. She has two versions of a story at any given time, one where she knows she doesnt talk, and one where she pretends she talks.
This is usually a mental defence mechanism to cope with being unable to socialize. Schizoid children just pretend they have friends, usually they cover this as them being "secret friends" on another school or online or even more outlandish obvious lies like secret societies and 8 year old kids saying they escape every night at 2am to meet with their nonexistent friends.
In Aqua's mind, her not being able to order nori on her own and her being outspoken and popular with girls are both true. They dont collide at all.

-is unwilling to get involved with people unless certain of being liked
-shows restraint within intimate relationships because of the fear of being shamed or ridiculed

-is inhibited in new interpersonal situations because of feelings of inadequacy
-views self as socially inept, personally unappealing, or inferior to others
-is unusually reluctant to take personal risk or to engage in any new activities because they may prove embarrassing

Half of hololive is dangerously introverted. 30% has some sort of actual autism that prevents them from actually talking with people.
Pekora and Aqua still to this day cant actually talk with strangers and Im pretty sure Pekora still needs to have Marine as her babysitter when they go out for dinner.
Miko started streaming because some months she was getting literally zero (0) social interaction and she was worried it would have some sort of impact on her mental health and even now in hololive where she could ring anyone on discord and chat, she just doesnt.
Kanata goes to ridiculous lengths to avoid talking to people and has Coco open the door to the ubereats guy to not have to talk to him. Used to go to the store with facemask, sunglasses and a big hoodie.

Mio, Choco, Subaru, Watame and Azki are the only ones that are actually bonafide extroverts, in that order. The rest are either medically unable to socialize (Aqua, Pekora), extreme loners (Miko, Pekora), have some sort of complex or trauma that prevents them from socializing (Rushia, Okayu) or are so deep into wizard-tier otaku-ness that they sincerely cant help to spill spaghetti all over the place when they talk (Marine (SSS+++ has no friends because of this), Fubuki, Roboco).

Huh, I thought that for some reason I am getting the impression that Hololive seems to have plenty of introverts which in turn made me wonder about the decision to become a VTuber in the first place but it seems to be an even spread.
