hey /jp/. i'm that guy from earlier in the thread.
so i did a few runs this week and wouldn't you know it, i got my hard 1CC
and phantasm clear (i was bombing like a bitch on those last two phantasm spellcards, tho)
and improved pretty much all my highscores.
i'd like to thank everyone who replied for your advice and encouragement.
i'd go into greater detail, but i guess nobody really gives a fuck, so i'll cut to the point:

i'm still not completely happy with my setup.
that vsync patch did wonders, and i can't believe i've been playing without it all this time,
so if there are other patches like that, i'd be really happy if you pointed them out.

other than that, i have 3 questions:

1) there's a glitch in PCB that i get sometimes, where your character starts flying
in one direction and never stops. it's not that often, but i'd hate to see a highscore run ruined
because of that. is there a fix for that ?

2) is there some easy way to show the auto-collection border ? that might be helpful at times.
i guess i could just tape some yarn to my monitor or something, but i guess there are probably better ways ?

3) is there some easy way to change the standard controls for the keyboard ?
i already tried sharpkeys, and for whatever reason it doesn't work.
i found a thread on some forum saying that autohotkey works, but if there's some community patch
to change it directly from within the game, i'd rather go with that.

i'll try MoF one of these days. fucking hyped right now.
