update on the cracking of the drm. It didn't at all as planned, I tried burning it to a cd and then ripping it but that didn't work, I think it may be my computer but It could also be the file, I tried converting the file but during conversion it would freeze and never progress, I tried Drm ripping it but all the software to do this are outdated as all hell and require you to use windows media player, which this file isnt even comparable with. last attempt was to try and upload it to youtube as a private video and then download it but that was a stupid attempt as it got the same problem as converting, It fully uploaded and then froze at 95% processed. If the other guy could try the burn and rip method just to make sure it isn't a problem with my computer.

getting rid of drm is apparently much harder than it was in 2009.

not super confident about doing this but if push comes to shove I wasted 5 dollars.

chances are they will block you out of the account because you are logging from a distant IP or ban the account all together but I'm probably going to buy it again on a service that doesn't use drm or buy the dvd and rip it but that will be a while away from now.

sorry for the long ass blog post TL;Dl: I'm not giving up, but it will take longer than I expected.
