None of that strawman, in fact. Just saying that foreign votes (other than maybe chinesse, a few times) are numerically inconsequential. The rest is your own stereotypes and thought process leeking out.

That's not how it was, nor how they are. As with any other member, there are short commenting fans and some hardcore ones who writte her daily, lenghtly and repeatedly (which I never was part of, btw). What I pointed out was that the general level of participation from such actually following fans (the ones who care to vote) has lowered remarkably (I've seen so in her twitter japanese tag as well); and so, unless some of them are excedingly wealthy, getting loans or something, she's likely to have even less votes than she did last year, thus no ranking again. The difference, however, is that she can no longer appeal to a lack of exposure as an excuse for it; most people would have seen and rejected her alright.
