So the other night at my shitty retail job, this Japanese guy walked in to buy some stuff. Nothing unusual, tons of them come by every day. But this one, this one was different. He was dressed like the guy on the far left, though with less awards on his breast and I didn't pay attention to his rank insignia. Was pretty cool. Later on, another Japanese guy comes in wanting some alcohol, so I ask for his passport or drivers license, business protocol, and he pulls out a military ID of sorts. It had quite the interesting category that caught my eye almost immediately. It was the section stating what ship the holder served on. In this case, it said HYUGA. So, if anyone from Hawai'i is here now go to Pearl Harbor if you want to see some modern boats. If they're still here.
