You're on to something OP. Going through puberty makes females attracted to 'alpha' males with money and status because, in evolutionary terms, they would be the best providers for their child. It also induces the menstrual cycle, which is perhaps the reason for the moodswings and general bitchiness of grown women.

If girls were stuck constantly in the body, and emotional and social mindset, of an 11 year old, while intellectual development went on unheeded, they would be a lot healthier. They would probably be attracted to us /jp/ers, as well. Here's to this becoming a reality within the next 30 years.
