I have a cloth doll that is nearly the same size and materials

Cloth dolls tend to use an onahole insert and do require frequent washing. Spot cleaning is easy if things get a little rowdy and most have a top layer you can remove and throw in the washing machine.

Overall they are great for hugs n fugs.
