Shinigami don't hunt hermits either, it's stated a myth spread by hermits that were hunted in Touhou. In reality kishin are the ones that attack hermits like the water kishin that tried to kill Seiga Kaku on Genbu ravine in WaHH. It's not on Komachi's juridisdiction to take lives, except for extinguishing tired souls during their travel from Sanzu river to Higan and reaping vengeful spirits that get in her way. Komachi is just a simple ferrywoman, and it seems like Eiki doesn't have any other shinigami under her command.

I think your opinion and philosophy for what to include is reasonable. Making exceptions is also reasonable, of course, so let's consider what the consequences might be.
Ultimately, if someone knows about and has decided to use thprac, including it in the torrent only saves them a few clicks. As I see it, the main value of including it would be to increase awareness of thprac, with the likely consequences that beginners start to use it earlier.
With that in mind: include it if you want a world where more casual players use thprac.
And don't make it a vote or popularity contest; just weight to the pros and cons and do what you think is best. Even if it's something impersonal like maintaining a pack of releases, you should make it shamelessly reflect your personal philosophy and channel your passion into it.

Yeah: No Ten Desires, and no Double Spoiler.

Well I finally played Ten Desires a few days ago after putting it off. I'm REALLY glad to see ZUN going back to the old power/bomb system. It's still a bit gimmicky, having to collect pieces to get another life/bomb. But it's still fucking better than 10-12's system, where bombing takes away from your power. That's a horrible idea and those games are unplayable because of it.

Ten Desires is a step in the right direction. Hopefully in TH14 it will go back to the old, simple, best way. See an extra bomb? Collect it.
