There isn't really any good way, the closest is thehandy and even then it's still kinda lackluster in my experience.

Handy uses velcro straps to strap in the masturbator, will it fit other onaholes? Yes.
Will it stroke well? Depends. It works fantastic with their own sleeve, but put in big heavy onaholes and it'll flop around a lot cause it's only strapped in with a single velcro strap.

There's the OSR but those are built for fleshlights and since those are standardized, you can build a mount that will fit any fleshlight case, which takes care of the flopping.

Onaholes are so varied so it's hard to come up with some sort of universal mount that will hold any onahole and provide enough support so they don't flop around and feel like shit.

I feel like thehandy should have made the circled part a lot longer, and a better velcro strap.
