We founded our company in June 1999 but we have to transmit the message to you we will dissolve Greenwood on the 31th March.2019

In 2016 we've started the Project of Dies Irae PANTHEON and exerted all our efforts into making this game into reality. Since it is the first time we set a foot on mobile-game turf we couldn't handle all the workload by ourselves. Thats why we were looking for to develop the game in a joint effort. First we cooperated with Superappli Ltd. and began developing the game with them as our main developing team. In the beginning of 2018 the development suffered severe delays and also the moneyflow didn't suffice anymore to keep Superappli to fund the project so they jumped off board and retained their work on development.

After losing the main developing team of the project we had to find someone else and got into contact with SESSION. Another joint effort has been made this time bound by contracts. Unfortunately in autumn 2018 Session went bankrupt and another time we lost a partnered company.

Third times the charm, you might say but in honesty we reached our capacities and don't have enough stamina anymore to continue. Thats why we decided to dissolve our company.

Rest I'm going to sum up:

Despite Greenwoods dissolving,
Pantheon will continue development and all the things and content belongs to their claimants. The rights will certainly not get lost. The developmentteam definitely want to continue. (Theres also tweets by G-Yuusuke & Masada that they do their utmost to continue working on PANTHEON)

If theres a company interested in picking up these projects floating in mid air they should adress light via email directly.

For the Anime-crowdfunders light will still make sure that the high-backing prices will get shipped and the meet and greet event with light will be maintained.

Regarding light and Campus:

The Projects of the brands which are ongoing will not be abandoned as their frankly awesome development team plans to continue.'
Campus will sell their works under the supervision of AKABEiSOFT who are longtime supporters of the brands in question and helped them on more than one occasion.

The Silverio Series will be developed under the hand of another company. Plans are in progress and the last part is scheduled to release next year. More infos will follow.

Because of the long term Akabeisoft support lights older titles are totally safe and sellers as well as players can calmly buy and play and go on in their leisure.
