There are at least two people who support them here, so since 2>0 you are wrong. But what you are right about is that the following they have here is not nearly big enough to grant them their own general yet. We all agreed we will talk about it again in 2049 (unless they get disbanded first, they won't be allowed to be posted here after 2049 if that happens)
