Depends how busy she gets during the summer, Hololive can be brutal during that time and that's where a lot of the health problems occur, like Marine's throat issues exploded after summer since she was overworking.
But Noel doesn't do as much as Marine since she's split between the two jobs. The ones getting throat and burnout are the ones who do Hololive fulltime. Maybe keeping balance is keeping Noel's sanity and health in check.
