I don't actually play Kancolle, but I have an interest in some of the character designs. I will watch the anime when (if?) it's released.
I'm considering buying this, it's about 5000 yen.
Apart from being a started that's related to Shimakaze somehow, I don't know much about her. Of the available designs she is preferable.

Should I buy it?
