There's also something about a new quantum sea open world, some new familiar thing? for open world, the picture are apparently new characters called Rosalia Arlene & Lilia Arlene and the commander level cap will raise to 82 and slowly raise until it reaches 90 but valkyrie levels will not increase from 80.

There were also some mentions of the developers considering the story "completed" and 3.0 starting a new story arc but I don't know if that's true?. I'm pretty bad at this but I just found all this stuff and wanted to share it for discussion and anyone that might be interested even though I didn't find what I was originally looking for.
