for casual jav watching i'd sometimes hook up banana voicemeeter which would duplicate the audio out stream to both audio out and mic in, then use the conversation mode in bing translator (google disconnected after a few seconds of silence), open up two windows in japanese and english and then fap with the realtime translations (and setup took 1 min despite how it sounds). was good for general situational awareness but accuracy was meh, sometimes the translations were comical.
i guess the only relevant bit for you would be the voicemeeter part, though that'd (probably?) require you to keep the vid playing in the background
are you publishing your subs anywhere? i'd be interested to hear what your generel goal is (just a hobby? running a site?), so far i've only OCRed eng subbed shitty rips so i could use the subs on fhd rips, though i reckon if i had chink subs i'd do the same except run them through subtitlecat.com at the end
as for chink subbed stuff, are you looking in chink places? like 98aewqe.xyz or hjd2048.com? some have retarded sign up/download rules but worth a try
