Help me true type moon chads I want to read Tsukihime

I downloaded Tsukihime from here and installed it easily but the problem is that the window (even if it's fullscreened) is cut off at the top and I can't make out the top line. I continue the scene and it's still cut off. The same problem wasn't present with Fate/Stay Night.
