You can trust me friend. I think this is my first time posting on /jp/ (I made a post in /tv/ but was pretty much ignored). I don't like anime that much, and am pretty much anti-japan (I come to 4chan for /v/ mostly) And the movie is pretty good.

The movie isnt low budget per say, there's alot of "cartoon violence" in it, and a few times you can tell when something might be fake. But the violence is so off the wall, and goes a way you don't expect you'll be too busy laughing to care if a head looks plastic. In some cases, the cheesey effects just make it even better. Picture related.
