Assuming the relationship was fulfilling and happy for both of us, I would marry my waifu straight away.

If it meant her becoming resentful over time about having given up her idol career and having the relationship suffer, I would probably not do it. at least until her idol career was coming to a close and she was getting older. It would be a way for her to retire at her peak and be with the husbando of her dreams (aka me :3)
