Before anyone gets ahead of themselves, the DD is going to be a 20s-40s American schoolgirl. This is based on the fact that Iowa and Sara are WW2 caricatures and literally every DD has some variation of a schoolgirl uniform (except for Ayaki and the experimental DDs), Yoshinori is not going to deviate from this. Now, I'm not sure if he's going for the middle or high school uniform, public or private school design, navy, girl scout or civilian inspired, but I'm leaning towards a more liberal design of the early 20th century girl scout so it fits the rigging better.
