6. i emailed him 6 hours ago about how i can't ship to his ca address and refund him, he hasn't responded back since
7. he tells me that he doesn't have a social security number

I've deal with $1800 international transactions before and I didn't have that feeling then. My guts tells me that this guy probably is a scammer.

Still, money is not easy to come by so I'll probably ship it off to his confirmed address anyways once he changes it. But most likely he won't bother messaging me back again after this. If I don't ship to the address on paypal its an instant lose for me. I lose the item and the money.
