i need help guys i feel like have been plateau-ing pretty hard. i have been studying japanese for almost a year and for the past 2 months i feel like my word retention dropped off a cliff. i went from averaging 90-95 in anki to about 80-85 and as i keep adding word that i pretty much never encounter again retaining these words gets harder and harder. i'm currently done with all jlpt n5,n4,n3 words even n3 words have hard time sticking, especially ones that i don't see much i.e (i keep reading 用心 as ようしん). should i consider writing, maybe that would help? i'm not really sure what to do to make ""obscure"" vocab stick beside failing them over and over in anki

Need some help understanding the double negative (?) in the third bubble. What is it supposed to mean?
Context: the guy complains to a girl about her perverted tendencies, to which she replies that sucking a smelly dick of a good-for-nothing man in a public toilet gets her excited. Then comes this panel:
>I don't get it very well, but you like being treated roughly, right?
>more or less
>then, ***
It's 酷くなくない at the end, right? What is it supposed to mean?
