Run event quests, get 4th anniversary medals, then exchange them for event rewards in the event shop. The first 5 exchange items reset daily.
Then there is the popularity polls at the bottom left of the event page where you vote for your favorite employees and NPCs, each vote rewards you the one 4th anniversary ring. The other polls on the right, which reset daily are for voting for character you want to get, character story and event costumes.
