Imagine Kagerou affectionally hugging you from behind, with her hands near your waist, chest or even sometimes your head. You've got to stay composed. You've already heard of the aforementioned incident. You dont want the same to happen to you.
Best you can do is force a smile or a laugh if that helps you calm yourself, and tell Kagerou that it's okay, you totally don't fear for your life every time she cuddles with you. Nevermind the fact that she seems to have the tendancy to breathe kind of loudly near you. It's almost as if she's salivating at her next meal. Are you sure you're her boyfriend, and not her dinner?
Despite all of that, Kagerou isn't exactly brimming with confidence. She was already frequently wearing pantyhose before you even prompted her to do anything about it. If the feel of her hairy legs bothers you that much when snuggling in bed, I guess it'd be fine to ask her to keep them on at night. I'm sure you'll find a way to spin that without lowering her self esteem. Maybe try to convince her you're really into tights or something.
Oh well, after all that has been established, Kagerou... isn't that bad, even more practical than cute little Waggy in some ways. It doesnt take much effort for her to almost look human. The fact that her disguise usually involves a red hood always seems to bring a smile out of you, as if you can feel a sense of irony behind that disguise and Kagerou's species. All seemed well for the two of you to do something you could barely dream of with Waggy - a date in the human village!
...That is what I would have said, if Kagerou wasnt such a scaredy cat! Even after dating, she's just scared of humans and has 0 confidence in her disguise. If her best friend Bnaki couldn't get her to go there in several years of friendship, you'd be fighting an uphill battle too, to say the least.
Oh well, at least she seems fine being at home with you. You've certainly shown her a lot of unique games & such to keep the two of you busy, and she's pretty willing when it comes to playing. Nothing like a game of UNO with your canine girlfriend, with a hug for the winner! Not everything is that bad after all, huh?
