Japan is not filled with as many independent PC builder culture yet as well, they are behind on the PC Gaming curve. I said it before and I stand by it, it's usually only hardcore modder types that build their PCs there (like on dragonporn for Oblivion/Skyrim modders), the majority own prebuilts and Nidia/Intel have the market share there as a result.
