Yes, very probable. What the hell is a "Jan" tribal girl? Amazons and Ocelomeh have a limited male pop and low technology. So they could use a service class of human girls to fill the gap and avoid oversharing of men among monstergirls. This isn't just something that could happen, it is inevitable. Why?

The skewed birthrate means that nearby human settlements will produce a disproportionate amount of men. Both mamono are man-hunting types, so neither will totally wipe out the nearby humans by transforming women. This is because status is earned by man capture among the monsters; they live in a society, bottom text le blunts and weed.

So monsters will periodically raid the nearby humans for men. This will produce an excess of human women in the nearby human settlements, and happy monsters/men in monster areas. The human women will be stuck rubbing their own buttons, and be bereft of men. If they want men or the (presumably?) better standard of living among mamono, the human girls will have to earn their monster status by doing something for monsters to gain status in alternative ways.

Therefore the leftover human women will: move to mamono places and work under them, move away from monster attacks, fall into apathetic hedonism, or travel to acquire men for trade to mamono. Pretty simple.
