I don't know where this particular outfit came from but it's featured in a lot of the fan art for the song. I prefer it because it's pseudo-military and kinda goes with that theme and it's a unique look for Miku. I really love it.

I always thought the Nico video was janky, I respect they went with the original outfit for the figure. I like this one though.
