If you use --external-downloader aria2c, it prevents the 404 errors and downloads the video way faster.
I also use --add-header ""Accept-Language:ja-JP,ja;q=0.8"" which always gets me the original video titles.

For anyone interested, the only siteyou can create a Baidu account as a westerner is Baidu cloud, phone number formats aren't enforced there and you can even select your own country code. You have to give Xi your number though, but after that it's possible to set up a yahoo.co.jp email for your account which enables you to use that download client.
Once logged into baidu cloud, you're automatically logged into every other baidu website as they all use single sign-on.

btw use a VM before installing pan baidu, chinese software is well known for hard to completely uninstall and probably have backdoors as well.
