no but it's not unheard of
In 1699, Margareta Pärttylintytär, a farmer's widow from the village of Vaiko, was sentenced to death in the Pielisjärvi courts. Margareta had killed her 6-year-old daughter Lastikka by hitting her on the head with an iron rod. Three days before, the eldest son of the family, Charles, had killed his brother Paavali, aged 7, by hitting him on the head with an iron rod. The heads and viscera of both slain were buried, bodies were dismembered and baked in an oven, then eaten. Two weeks after Margareta's husband died, the eldest son Charles and Margareta went out in search of food. On their way they met a boy called Juhana Tapaninen, who was travelling for the same purpose, and whom Kaarle killed by striking him on the head with an axe, despite Juhana's request that he not be killed. They then built a fire and roasted one of his thighs and ate it, taking the rest of the body with them.
